For women who have lost themselves in motherhood.
If you’re constantly running on empty, juggling children, work and commitments without support, carrying the mental load, and wondering why it feels this hard, you’re not alone.
I’ve been there too. I know the exhaustion that comes from having no time to yourself, and the hopelessness that comes from needing something to change, but seeing no way out.
You’re so used to holding everything together.
Now it’s time to let someone take care of you.
My work is grounded in behavioural science, psychology and lived experience. I combine somatic work with traditional talking therapy techniques to help women go beneath the surface, so they can stop the burnout cycle at the root and make lasting changes.
As a mum and step-mum of three, former holistic health practitioner and corporate leader, I understand the pressures of being the primary parent, housemaker and manager.
Everyone needs you, but your needs matter, too.
Through the Matriarch Method, we go beyond the patterns, beliefs, and expectations that keep you stuck, so you can build self-worth, set clearer boundaries, and feel like yourself again.

My mission
“For every woman who feels the impossible weight of carrying it all, this is your space to finally exhale and learn how to lighten the load without life falling apart.”
Mother & Matriarch was born from love, loss, and the deep knowing that so many of us are navigating motherhood, work, and home life without the support we truly need.
I’m determined to help more women out of the all-consuming darkness, with tools that work for them and their circumstances. Because each of our motherhood journeys is unique.
This is a mission for cultural change. And it’s also deeply personal, as this work is also a legacy shaped by my mum’s unfinished story, and the new one I am writing for myself and my children.
Life is short, time is precious, and you deserve to enjoy the life you’re living right now.

Each week, I share honest reflections on motherhood, career, identity, and the quiet, powerful shifts that help us come back to ourselves.
This is where I write the things many women are thinking but rarely say out loud.
If you’re navigating life without the village, feeling the pull for something more, or simply want to feel a little less alone in it all, you’re in the right place.
Let’s walk this together.
